I didn’t know what to do for Easter and then I received this in the BlogDumps email from Nancy and her family to ours. Nancy has a blog here on BlogDumps and has become a good friend and a wonderful part to the BlogDumps community! Thank you so much Nancy this made our whole weekend 🙂

I disabled the message and the links so Nancy’s email would not show but I left the links to Jacquie Lawson’s website she has such nice cards! I hope you don’t mind, Nancy, I thought this was so nice I had to share it 😀

I Love Fridays

Yes, we made it through another week. All is well here the snow is finally melting but what a slushy mess it is!

Nancy from Coffee Break? won this weeks “Top Sites Tuesday” she has a great blog and it’s a “Must Read” on your blog surfing… *rolls out red carpet* We are so glad to see Nancy join us this week she writes so well, I love reading her blog.

In the news: We are still adding blogs and getting somewhat closer to getting them all added to the directory so please be patient, we will get to your blog soon we manually add each one to ensure quality to the site.

I have had some emails as to why a video you have received in your email will not upload to B Tubed. Well, if the video has some copyright codecs in it it will not upload this is automatic so we do not have any copyright issues to deal with. If you have photos and need a link url or just need a place to store them this is a great place for that, videos and music also we host all your videos and music. The best part is you can choose who gets to see them you and your friends or the world. You can use the embed code to add them to your blog also, All the videos Music and photos come with embed codes and you can change the size in the code to fit what you need it to be for your blog.

That’s about all I have to report other than I am working on making some changes to the discussion forum soon. Not to many people have been using it so I am going to make some changes… I’m not telling you, you will have to see when I am finished! 🙂

Saturday Morning on the East Coast

It’s so beautiful outside that I can’t wait to do a little gardening! I think that I might even go for a nice quiet boat ride this afternoon – I use a small trolling motor on the John boat, it’s so quiet that you can sneak up on turtles and heron and not even bother them.

I want to tell you about a new member of the BlogDumps Community, Margaret’s BookShelf. Margaret just started this blog and being the book lover that I am I can’t wait to read her reviews on the books shes reading! In her post, About my Blog, she describes the design and layout of her blog and future plans for her blog.

Good News On a Wedness Day!

First I want to thank all of you that stopped by and participated in Top Sites Tuesday, you’re all winners in my book! I really had a good time reading all your posts! Ruby Slippers has won two times now so I am going to send her a BlogDumps T-Shirt, Gosh I hope she likes it!

I am going to make it real easy for next week’s theme!
Next Weeks theme is “Two Things on Tuesday” just blog about two things, no matter what they are.

The great news is — Drum roll please, lol — BlogDumps is now a registered trademark! I know can you believe it? It took a long time and it cost, well, A lot… it would have been more but I did it myself online, who needs an attorney!

Talk about paperwork though, I went through quite a bit to get it, but it was worth it. I guess this means we will be around for a long long time isn’t this wonderful? Now I have to figure out how to put the “R” (for registered) in the header and replace the TM next to the BlogDumps logo. I’m going to scan the certificate so you all can see it, I hope you all don’t think I am bragging! I am just so happy that our community here on the web is growing and that all the proper things are done to ensure just that. I would like to thank all of you that dump your blog and join the BlogDumps community.

I would also like to invite all of you to join in the discussion forum and network with other bloggers networking is an important part of blogging – you just might know something that the other blogger needs help with or just want to BS on the discussions, that is what it is there for. Don’t be shy either, add a link to your blog or just announce your blog in the newbie thread. I have added a photo gallery, so if you need a URL for a photo just upload it from your BlogDumps dashboard and it will give you a URL for the photo. You can do this on BlogDumps Video also… I am working on some new features for your BlogDumps dashboard but it will be sometime before I finish, so, for now, have fun!
I hope you all are enjoying the site and I see great things in the future for us all here in the community.

Welcome to the Saturday Night Dump!

Wolfbernz talked about a surprise… I’m here to tell you about it!

We are all about the Linky Love… obviously… and what a better way to get out some linky love than to add a few newbies to the directory?!? Check out the new listings in Money Blogs, Literature Blogs, and – of course – The DUMP. In case you weren’t aware, the dump is for bloggers who Submitted their blog to BlogDumps, but didn’t tell us where they wanted to be listed! Anyone and Everything can be found there!

We’ve also added a new category to Blog Dumps… Real Estate Resources. We are hoping to see real growth in that area in the coming months. Everything from Real Estate Brokers that blog about houses they offer – to mortgage brokers, loan information, and foreclosures will be listed there!

Oh Yeah, the surprise! Well… We want to help our affiliates to make money while promoting BlogDumps, so EVERY BLOGDUMPS AFFILIATE has been Featured on the BlogDumps Home Page and the Blog Directory Home Page. These features, while their blog screenshots are smaller than those of Paid to Be Featured Bloggers, the effect is the same, a screenshot (provided by Thumbshots.org) will be randomly displayed to visitors of BlogDumps. We are hoping to help our affiliates by driving traffic to their sites! After-all, how do you promote something you don’t know about? John Wright Art displays a collection of watercolors by John Wright. I could write how beautiful each picture is, but I think, as is the nature with art, you must see some to appreciate it:
