I’m an artist and about a year and half a ago I commented on another artist’s blog.  He claimed he could show ‘any’ emotional expression in his work. He was good, I’ll give him that! But -I knew I had one he couldn’t possibly do: JEALOUSY.  How can you show the expression of jealousy in just one image?  IMPOSSIBLE.

The following day he EMAILED ME his image of jealousy and put me to task to come up with something.  Darn!

 I showed him and BAM! A rush of comments from readers. They really liked our competition.

Thus the birth of The Artist Challenge.  We vote on a challenge theme and give each other a couple weeks to come up with an answer and then publish our work on a premiere day.   Come visit. We have a lot of fun. (This week we’re having an auction.)
